Federal Skilled Worker Program
Individuals are assessed on the basis of their education, work experience, knowledge of English and/or French and various other factors that will assist them in becoming established in Canada. For further information on eligibility criteria please contact Diamond Immigration.
Canadian Experience Class
Temporary foreign workers or foreign students who have graduated in Canada are eligible to apply for permanent residence in this category. There are various criteria that must be fulfilled in order to qualify under the Canadian Experience Class. The National Occupational Codes (NOC) eligible for this category are Skill Type O, Skill Level A & B, with the exception of a few hospitality and food service based positions. Provincial Nominee Programs
Provincial Nominee programs are employer and provincially driven programs which allows for them to nominate individuals who wish to settle in a particular province. Applications can be made through immigration consultants but must be submitted and processed through the particular province you wish to settle in. Each province has its own programs and eligibility criteria. Your application will be assessed on various factors, similar to the Federal Skilled Worker program. CIC government processing fee – for each accompanying dependent child under 19 years of age & not married or in a common-law relationship

Right of Permanent Residence Fee – Principal applicant

Right of Permanent Residence Fee – Spouse or Common-law partner

Work permit extension government processing fee – each applicant

The amount of settlement funds required will depend on the number of family members. The amounts are updated every year and currently they stand at:

Diamond will then gather all the information on your personal circumstances and tailor a plan to suit the immigration needs of you and your family. We will handle all of the paperwork and liaise with all the necessary government bodies on your behalf. All you have to do is provide us with the appropriate personal documentation pertaining to your application in a timely manner.
We take great care and exercise due diligence when conducting the initial assessment and making a judgment on an individual’s permanent residency eligibility. In saying this, WE ONLY accept applications that we believe will yield a SUCCESSFUL OUTCOME based on our initial assessment. Under NO circumstances will we move ahead and charge a fee to an application that we feel will not have a greater than 99% chance of acceptance. This would be highly unethical, damaging your chances of a new life in Canada and damaging to our professional reputation.
Generally the documents Diamond Immigration will be required to provide to the Canadian government on your behalf are photocopies. This is a non-exhaustive general list and not all documents maybe applicable to everyone:
- Birth Certificate of the applicant and all accompanying family members
- Marriage Certificate
- Proof of common-law relationship (evidence of mortgage, joint bank accounts/trusts, etc.), if applicable
- Passports of all family members
- Any applicable work and/or study permits, LMO
- Educational credentials, e.g. diplomas and transcripts
- Employment credentials
- Police Certificate (criminal record check)
